WOOD-GRILLED SALMON

I know salmon. This was not well prepared. No crisp on edges. Just cooked through and sitting on a pool on parsnip purée. Not well seasoned. Sort of boring. The Brussels sprouts were very good.

CHICKEN PICCATA

So consistently delicious ! Their menu is so spot on for any type of eater. The staff, food and atmosphere would never disappoint.

JAMBALAYA PASTA

This dish is always consistently amazing. It has just the right amount of heat and the combination of shrimp, sausage and chicken with the orzo is a winner. I consider this to be one of Romaine's signature dishes!

WOOD-GRILLED TENDERLOIN

Tenderloin superb, onion Parmesan gratin wonderful. Substituted sautéed Brussels sprouts for the asparagus. Has many great meals here, this was the best. And it's hard to choose.

HERB CRUSTED BAKED HADDOCK

We tried Romaine's last night and it was amazing! The haddock was to die for - flaky and perfectly cooked. I opted for asparagus instead of mashed potatoes. Really good!

NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH

my absolute FAVORITE chicken sandwich around here. I get it every time I come to Romaines. And the Deviled eggs are AMAZING too.

TIPS & FRITES

I get tips and frites 95% of the time. I like that you get some greens with the salad, some crunch with the frites and of course protein with the beef! And all three are so very tasty!!

"UNDER THE BRICK" CHICKEN

Been going there for 20 yrs, always good, limited menus on purpose so they can ensure quality. Their specials go quick since they order fresh that day. The service is always superior, low staff turnover and great culture embraced by all.
